Tash provides the tools and the framework in a fun and creative way. Her state of the art and easy to navigate website means the material is accessible 24/7 and there is always something new to explore, you never miss a thing and can even progress at your own pace.

Through fully supported weekly group sessions we get to share, play and to witness each other. . . I find this incredibly powerful and have experienced many a breakthrough and aha moment within a group cohesive.

Tash’s capacity to hold a safe and sacred space is immense, whilst each process or guided meditation delves very deep it can also be activating on so many levels, I always resurface feeling grounded safe and relaxed.
