Ancestral Blueprint...

Growing up, entrepreneurship was woven into the fabric of my family, with both of my grandmothers leading their own ventures. This environment normalized the idea of business ownership for me from an early age.

One of my grandmothers, in particular, became a beacon of spiritual and entrepreneurial guidance. She was a true maverick—deeply intuitive and fiercely independent. She never worked for anyone else, lacked traditional education, yet was a savvy businesswoman who leaned on her intuition and spiritual insights at every turn in her business journey.

I'd never met her husband, my grand father, but he was a Justice of the Peace in Trinidad and Tobago, and was a man who desired to live a life that felt impeccable.

My mother's career in human resources infused me with a profound love for humanity, a legacy that continues to unfold and shape me. My father, an engineer, brought a different perspective, emphasising the importance of strategic planning and the creation of efficient, effective systems.

The blend of these influences is deeply ingrained in what Soul Coding is about and what it aims to achieve.

Personal Path...

I honed my skills and gathered my keys through a combination of academic study in business and hands-on experience as an advertising executive with the BBC and Music Week Magazines.

In the continuation of my journey, I embraced the path of energy work, becoming a Reiki Master, an Energy Yoga Teacher, attuning myself to Sacred Geometry, and diving deep into energy medicine and psychology.

With training in various well-being modalities, I’ve gained a nuanced understanding of how energy flows within the body and, by extension, influences your life.

These rich wells of knowledge and practice are woven into the fabric of Soul Coding, enabling us to:

Lifestyle...

I split my time between the UK and the island of Grenada in the Caribbean, seamlessly blending these two beautiful backdrops into my life.

In both places, I have the privilege of living by the sea, which has become one of my greatest sources of inspiration and learning.

This love for diverse landscapes extends to my passion for travel. Immersing myself in different cultures enriches me and my work in profound ways, offering fresh perspectives on living and existing.

Throughout it all, the concept of 'Beautiful Living' guides my experiences and choices, serving as a constant north star in my journey.
